ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 2-5 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Time: 10-18 business days.

1. Order Cancellation:
※Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
※For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
※We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
A. Return Policy conditions
a. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, accessories, customized shirts/ t-shirts and Mystery Box items,clearance items, non-returnable marks and free gifts.
b. Returned items must be in their unused condition within 15days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
B. Please include the following information in the return package :
a. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
b. Reasons for return.
C. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office,We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and check the returned item.
