A. Return Policy conditions
a. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, accessories, customized shirts/ t-shirts and Mystery Box items,clearance items, non-returnable marks and free gifts.
b. Returned items must be in their unused condition within 15 days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

a. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
b. Reasons for return.
C. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office,We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and check the returned item.
